Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any products received back without prior notification will not be considered eligible for returns.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.An administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods will be charged to all returned items to cover any costs incurred by us.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, refund will be made to your nominated account in 5 working days.

Please note: we are unable to exchange or refund certain items due to hygiene reasons.
